Group registration

Register your group now for Cub Scout Event 1/25 @ 2:00 PM by completing the details below. You and your group will participate in a one-hour instructional session where you will be taught the basic of curling by certified instructors along with the opportunity to play a couple ends of curling. 

By registering for this event you agree that you will not enter the Nutmeg Curling Club if you feel unwell. Guests who exhibit any of the following symptoms should not curl: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting. 

UNATTENDED MINOR CHILDREN

Any child under the age of 14 ("Child'') who enters the Club, must at all times be accompanied by a legally responsible adult (“Adult”). The Adult shall be either a parent of the Child, a legal guardian, or any party who has agreed, prior to the Child entering the Club, to accept full responsibility for the Child's welfare and behavior while in the Club. At no time shall the Child be alone in either the warm room or the ice house, without the Adult. Except for an activity scheduled for minor children by the Club, no Child shall be allowed in the ice house unless accompanied by the Adult, and no Child shall be allowed on the ice until the Adult has signed a Minor Participant Release. The Club and its Members accept no responsibility or liability for any injury to any Child left alone in any part of the Club by an Adult member of NCC or Adult non-member.
