Need bar open, Profits go to Nutmeg
Date is the second or third Saturday of JUNE
They want to use the actual concrete pad, Caterer will set up tables, chairs and linens
Time I believe is 7-9pm but set up probably from Noon?
Tear down after event so probably not out of the club until 11 pm?
